Every human being is equal – a tenet that Guru (Baba) Nanak instilled in people through his teachings. We hope that through this initiative, we’ll be able to share this message, and demonstrate the concept of “Seva” (selfless service) to address mental health, social wellbeing and inequalities for the benefit of those in most need.

We hope, with the guidance of Baba Nanak’s message and along with various professionals, we can help to enhance the lives of socially and psychologically vulnerable individuals in the South Asian Community.

Due to legacy social and cultural differences, there is a huge gap that needs to be addressed with tailor made services and resources specifically designed for the South Asian Community.  With your support, our goal is to continue to identify these gaps, seek out required resources and help access the needed services for the vulnerable and under-served individuals with a goal to create a caring and inclusive community.
